We only translate into our native languages, because only a native speaker has a command of the cultural background and the instinctive feel necessary to adequately translate complex language structures. We demand a high standard of eloquence and stylistic confidence from our translators.

In addition to our quality standards, our company philosophy is also firmly based on handling your documents in a trustworthy manner. You can depend on our accountability because our translators are bound to confidentiality by contract.

Project management

For larger projects, we put together project teams which are managed by an experienced project manager who ensures a consistent end product. A high-quality translation is useless if it is not delivered within the agreed deadline. We guarantee on-time delivery.

Terminology

Before we assign it to a translator, we clarify whether your project has specific terminology needs to ensure a smooth project flow. We can gladly accommodate your terminology requests by importing specialized terms into our databases or establishing glossaries.

Translation Memory systems such as TRADOS™ have always been an essential component of our translation process. We rely on both client-specific and project-specific TMs to ensure consistent use of language and terminology, in particular for large or regular assignments.

Our technological tools are up to the standards you would expect from a modern translation agency. We can work with most of the common Windows-based word processing and DTP formats.

Given the sensitive nature of the information that our clients entrust us with every day, we maintain high data security standards and ensure that our IT systems are protected from external access. For particularly confidential documents, the use of specialized data encryption software is possible on request.
